Built in 1926 as British army barracks, Fort Canning Centre stands atop Fort Canning Hill with its distinctive Neo-Classical architecture, a quiet witness to centuries of Singapore's history. In 1991, it was repurposed as a centre for arts and culture, and today forms a magnificent backdrop to the green lawn below.

It is where I set up my very first booth, nervously and excitedly, for Earthopia Fest 2026.
